The Snowmass Free Concert Series July1- Aug. 16, 2010 is a tradition that you must not miss! Snowmass Village and JAS Aspen have teamed up to provide a summer full of diverse music all for Free! Enjoy everything from Reggae to Classical all while enjoying the summer evening, gorgeous views and company of good music and friends!

July 1	Firefall Today Firefall endures because of the strength and integrity of their songs.  It flourishes because of the energy and spontaneity that is so evident on stage and in the studio.
July 8	Beausoleil Avec Michael For the past 34 years Lafayette, Louisiana's BeauSoleil has carried the torch of tradition while playing in uncharted waters wtih ingenuity and innovation.  Their latest release Alligator Purse, is a vibrant testament to BeauSoleil's healthy spirit but is easily their most adventuresome record yet.
July 15	Pap Grows Funk "...one of THE best, one of THE hottest and most important funky bands in New Orleans, we couldn't be prouder." - Quint Davis, producer of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.
July 22	Pure Prairie League Pure Prairie League, an American country rock band, has a rich history going back. The band has been active from the 1970s and on off again through 2004.  The bands longevity is a testament of the timelessness of the music.
July 29	Carrie Rodriguez "...her fiddler's vocabulary of old modal melodies centers her songs about faraway loves and spiritual prospects, bringing concision and gravity to every one of them." - New York Times
August 5	Tab Benoit Tab Benoit is a Cajun man who's definitely got the blues.  A guitar player since his teenage years, he hung out at teh Blues Box, a ramshackle music club in Baton Rouge.
August 12	Holmes Bros Over the course of their 30+ year career, The Holmes Brothers have been feeding the souls of their devoted and ever-growing fanbase with a joyous and moving blend of blues, gospel, soul, R&B, rock 'n roll and country.
August 19	These United States One part Rolling Thunder Revue, one part banged-and-bruised balladeering, two parts just plain strange.  These United States have their sights set on a rock-and-roll reformation.

Things to Know about the Venue:

• Dates: The Thursday Free Concerts begin July 1 and go through Aug. 19!
• Time: Music Starts at 6:15pm and Ends at 8:30pm
• Location: Head to the end of Snowmass Village Mall and out onto Snowmass Mountain on Fanny Hill. Feel Free to bring a blanket and chairs to sit on.
• Food and Beverages: Food is allowed in the venue so pack up your favorite picnic or happy hour snacks. Alcohol is not allowed into the fenced area however beverages are for purchase inside the area.
• Dogs: Dogs and their owners have a designated area on the hillside above Woodrun V but not in the fenced area.
