Aspen has multiple Ice Skating rinks all perfectly located downtown. Enjoy skating all year round at the Aspen Ice Garden and the Lewis Ice Rink. In the winter take the family or your date to the outdoors Silver Circle skating rink that sits right at the base of Aspen Mountain!
Rentals are available at both rinks and you can also sign up for group and individual lessons. Every once and a while you may get the chance to catch a hockey game or watch a figure skating show. The ice rinks are a great place to throw birthday parties too.

The Aspen Ice Garden was renovated in 2001 to improve the overall appearance and function of the arena. The Ice Garden has a single surface (85' x 185') which has been referred to by many figure and hockey skaters alike as one of the best maintained surfaces in the region.

The Lewis Ice Arena was completed in the Spring of 2003 and includes an NHL regulation size ice surface (85' x 200'), grandstand seating for 450, and a comfortable lobby. A skate shop offers precision sharpening and skate rentals. There are multiple team locker and shower rooms equipped for full ADA accessibility.
