Check-In Locations

ResortQuest Aspen has two Check-In Locations. Where you pick-up your keys is dependent on the location of your accomodations:

• Guests staying at the Inn at Aspen, or our Snowmass properties check-in at the Inn at Aspen
• Guests staying elsewhere in Aspen check-in at our Fasching Haus Office

Hours of Operation:
The Front Desk at the Inn at Aspen is open 24 hours/day. Please note that Check-In time is 3pm. We cannot guarantee access to your room before that time, but will try to accommodate special requests. The Inn has luggage storage with 24-hour access in the event that you would like to drop your bags until your room is ready.

Fasching Haus Office

The office is located on the right under an arch with three flags on it.

If the office is not open at the time of your Arrival, or you require assistance, please use the house phone located outside the front doors (in a wood box) for service and call (866) 349-6343. Please note that Check-In time is 4pm. We cannot guarantee access to your accommodation before that time, but will try to accommodate special requests. In the Winter, this check-in location has limited luggage storage available, during Operating Hours.
